Was plaaning nmore but still feeling crap and didnt want to make myself feel worse

Managed to ride everything except the rock garden which i feel i'm getting better at. Hopefully on track to be able to ride the loop by end of year.

Session on the trainer.

We also chucked Phils bike on the trainer with the SRM cranks and did a max power test. Got it to bout 960 watts but just couldnt crack the 1000. Then sat on 400 to see what it felt like, HR jumped up to 170 so it felt pretty shit. Cold didn't help but.

Still feeling shite and cold has moved from head into chest.

Feel like ive eased into tour mode. Struggling thru the morning at work htough

Have felt a cold coming since drinking too much friday night.

2 nights of the tour and i feel sick as a dog. Hopefully an easy day and lots of water will fix me u p.
