Orienteering 2:05:00 [3]

Classic on Lively's Bog.

Really just focused on survival mode today. Was with Glenn, Muz and matty Parton early. Glenn and I stuffed 6 in a massive way....idiots. plodded along till Glenn caught me again at 15 i think. Missed 19 a bit.

Thankfully Geoff Lawford had a ripper run for the cockies and muzza toughed it out with his busted jaw so my rubbish run didn't have to count for us.

Massive blister on bottom of heel 'd been draining all week really gave me some grief and was not in a good way by the end.

Enjoyable trip to Tas. Always good to get back home but not really the trip i was looking for orienteering wise. Partially hampered by dodgy back and feet but i'm at least a small bit to blame for that.

Hoping for some better races in Canberra.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [3]
ahr:190 max:199

Sprint at UTAS Launceston.

Ripper map and sprint area.
Solid run and really pushed hard. 2 x 20 sec mistakes really cost me on a super tight leaderboard with the juniors in there too.
One mistake was on 13 where i was in exactly the right spot but the friggin flag was hidden in the bush and i talked myself out of it and faffed around. Other was me stupidly getting stuck between buildings.

Still best run for the trip though
