6hr centenary cycle/metrogaine

not ideal mongolia prep but didnt want to miss out and DaveB had promised almost all controls <50m from tracks so decided to have acrack and just bail if ended up being too much walking. turned out tbe a ripper day although rather nasty westerly blowing through from late morning.

bit stop start initially trhu aranda/blackie but got rolling nicely after that and few very solid hrs out to strommie and back. missed 6 controls but mostly high on sthn slopes of blacki and had no interest in hiking to get 'em so just finished 45mins early and got stuck into the tucker.

turned out to be enough for the win although RobW v nearly knocked me over on foot and prob deserved to after busting out 60kms!

10 peaks. had planned on 12 but only just ended up getting out after weather was looking a bit boarderline.

2 x arbs, blacks, ainslie, pleasant, red hill. Skipped stromlos on way home as wasnt feeling the love and didnt want to over do it.
