830am Commute home. Ouch long day/night in the office. Kind of felt like a morning after, walk of shame.

Melb uni athes. 4x 1600 at prini park. More like 1700 with current track work. Around 5'50-55 for each one. About 90sec jog recov. If I had to choose a session this would have been last choice. Not firing but great to get out.

Easy one to work via the G and the Tan. This morning I was not very happy about:
1. My nice analoge watch proving that it can't handle being a sports watch any more (it's been 6 months);
2. Running with a back pack; and
3. Forgetting a clean pair of socks.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

10k hagaby near Bendigo. Physically felt better then expected once in stride.I was near Bryan and Robbie half way and I started thinking about the win and my glorious AP log, I then stuffed up a very easy control. Stuffed up another easy one and the kicker was stuffing up the navigation to the finish and schepsi over taking me. I need to sharpen up. Fun event and dip in the dam after helped to cool off the heat.

3k forest sprint on Bendigo. 18min of racing. Made some mistakes through the middle and was physically struggling at the end. Not feeling the healthest this last week with a cough and yuk lungs. The many recent beer sessions are taking their toll.

4 hot laps with JP and Steve. Felt like my lungs were stuck in my throat. Struggled to keep the pace but was great fun. Some dude on a giant out kicked me in a good bouli dual. Am I worthy Mr Tommasini?

Prini and Royal park. Did about 12x1min 30sec off, wasn't really into it and got distracted half way when I ran into Amy..? (who I met in Samoa).
Foot is ok, but I need to manage it.

Made it to Willietown beach and returned via kensington. Will take a while to perfect the route I think.
The spirit of Tassie was coming into port right when I was at Willietown point. Could have sworn I was in Helsinki or Tallin.

Majura and Ainslie with Bro and Sebba. Fantastic to be back and riding up the old haunts. Sebs head was impressively over inflated.. Unfortunately his form and my lack of, meant I had to grimace and bear it.

6x little courses around uc with a few cockies. Great training set by bro. Didn't expect to be able to run but foot was much better (altho not great) then I expected.

Adventure morning ride out to Williamstown. This is perhaps the 3rd time I have tried to ride out there but it normally fails as I think I am about to die at the wheel of a big truck and turn around. This nearly occured again but I stuck at it, also the red sunrise behind the city was inspirational.
Williamstown is really pretty and almost like a coastal village... shame its a pocket surrounded by trucks, oil refineries and smog.
I think i've found a great morning hot lap loop with minimal lights. Just a bit of bike path/communter action to deal with in parts.

My left foot is a little sore. It feels like I've strained/bruised the muscle that runs along the outside, also my the foot feels quiet stiff. Hopefully its nothing serious/ongoing.

Melb uni aths. 2x3x300m 2min between each and 10min recov between sets. on grass at one of the many royal park oval. Iam not so spritely but if was fun trying, no idea of time but not perfect 300 anyway. Legs a little tired from yesterday.
Hmm.. I guess for my manhood, I should aim to stop being beaten by an underage girl! It's hard tho.. she's getting quicker.

"Harden up the legs" run. To the pipe bridge along the Yarra trails, did the 3 hills and back via abbotsford/collingwood. I thought I would struggle more on this run. Although my throat was a little sore from Karaoke last night. Also had some messed up dreams last night... I was innocent last night but now I know what's in an ABC shot.

Old skool st kilda loop with Reubs and Eddy. Did an extra lap of the boulivard on the way home after Cavallinis. The extra pastry was a little too indulgent resulting in my body rejecting it after one boulivard hill effort.

Melb Uni Aths. 4x1k with 3,2,1min recov. Recovery a bit shorter for me. All ints in 3'20-3'25. I was happy enough with this since it's been a long time between sessions. Others went out too hard so I looked relatively fast on the last one.
