Planned to hit the track tonight but after a day moving BYK bikes at the warehouse I was too late and wrecked

Airport loop with Max. Lots of spinning fast dodging trucks and keeping up with the Monday morn traffic. Not the best timing.
After leading Maxaround the whole loop, he smoked me up the broadmeadows hill. Classic finish with an intersection that includes a centrelink, cop shop and the magistrates court (it was obviously going to be a busy monday given the crowd outside).

Yarra trail loop. Still slightly nursing hammy but think its closer to recovering

Roo ground loop with Mort dog. Summer is in the air and the legs were feeling pretty good.

Zoo loop, late run, waiting for the cool change to come through.
Feel a bit fragile and tight after the weekend of walking but I think this was a good loosener.

Note

17 km hike Wilson Prom
4-5hrs of walking
Little waterloo bay camp to Tidal River via Oberon bay.
Pretty stiff in the calfs and inner quads to start with are yesterdays activities.
The day was filled with lots of sunshine and we made good progress to the west side of the prom. Not as pretty as the East Coast, but it's still beautiful.

Not walking too well now.
