mtb totally sucks! It all started ok with just skipping of the gears and nearly putting my knees through the handle bars..... Then the chain broke.... :o( not happy. At least I was near the top of bruce ridge, so it was mostly down hill home. My MTB sucks, the semi slicks dont help or the fact I dont look after it plus its a bit small..... back to the trusty roadie and campag for me

After MTB tragedy I hit the roadie wind trainer. It was good to be on the roadie but the wind trainer isn't inspiring so I just did the 40min. Good read of the weekend paper tho

Boycott on Double shot so went to Beess & Co. in Yarralumla. good banana porridge, coffee wasn't great and was $3.30... hmmmm perhaps the double might have another chance

Didn't feel great... burning lungs and bit of flem ;op Still a good day out tho... nice and warm
