Running 1:00:00 [3]

Up Ainslie wIth Jules, feeling the best I have all week.

Cycling 1:45:00 [3]

Grumpy start to the morning waking up with a headache... Jules coped an ear full as I struggled to feel good riding up belco way.
Shep, Jules, Dave, handsome Pete, Frogga and Greeny was a good crowd. Cracker morning and relaxing behind the frogga train meant my spirits soon lifted.

Cycling 2:30:00 [3]

Tour de Yarralumla Bakery.(Cottor Uriarra)
Just Sheppa and I.
Last 3 days I have felt like crap, today I was bringing up lots of acidy stuff from my lungs. Tried hard coming out of Cottor and pretty sure I could have walked faster:o(
I don't feel that sick normally until I try to push myself then I feel sluggish, flemmy and my heart rate jumps.
Very annoying but better take it easy for a few days.

Was going to do some hill ints but feel so flat... worse then yesterday. October is too early to grind out a session! Need some more R&R

Running 30:00 [3]

Over to Ainslie with Jules. The legs had nothing but nice to get them moving.

GYM 1 [5]

Got to the Gym, didn't do much but a bit of stability and ankle work. Plan to make it regular weekly thing now.

Cycling race (MTB Scott 24hr) 42:00 [4]

Red Lap
This lap was pretty steady after a bit of a sleep, involved Crash 3 when I hit a real sandy part on a bumpy part of the descent. Text book broken collar bone crash. Last time I landed on my shoulder like that was yr 8 Footy.. thankfully this time the result wasn't a broken bone. Lucky:s

Cycling race (Scott) 42:00 [4]

Red loop
Started getting real tired on this one... but no crash(yippee) meant I stayed about the 42min mark.

Cycling race (MTB Scott 24hr) 42:00 [4]

Red Lap
Last lap, feeling buggered and thought like I was about to hit the wall while on the ascent switch backs. Second wind (serious amount of coffee) kicked in towards the top and held another consistent 42min.
My MTB handling skills definitely improved with each lap, which made up for loss of aggression after first few crashes.
The Scott was good fun, SUB+ was an awesome team and we did really well with a 4th place in 6mixed! Good work team!

I'm also happy to have come away with just a few scratches... relief!
