Running 55:00 [3]

Over Black Mt with Bro & Jules. Not feeling great but got up the hill alright... struggling on the flat.... I think this was the start of the afternoon demise

Cycling 2:00:00 [3]

3 Peaks with Bro & Sebba
Majura, wasn't feeling great on the way there but got up the hill pretty good.
Ainslie, started to struggle to keep up on the way there, hit the hill and was shattered. I was going all over the rode and all I really wanted to do was go to sleep. Half way up pulled over had a lay down for a few minutes then slowing got going feeling pretty vague. didn't make it to the top.
Black Mt... feeling stuffed but the more I climbed the better I felt... Second wind! No idea where it came from tho. got to the top altho a bit slow.

Cycling (Skezba) 1:40:00 [3]

Bit of surging kept you on your toes. Nice ride, nice morning and nice coffee at Double shot!

Orienteering (Twilight) 35:00 [4]

7km 33.22
Campbell park. Should have had a bit more of a warm up but got going after a couple controls. Few mistakes, from loosing contact mid leg. Sciatic was feeling pretty good all day, yesterdays big stretch season really kicked in!

Running hills (Red Hill) 10:00 [5]

Firstly wanted to do more ints with boys like last Tues. Figured the leg wasn't up for that. So planned on Mt Majura ints on the bike but couldn't handle a chilly morning... so was a bit of a cope out compromise, lunchtime 3x hill ints up Red hill north/east single trail from fire trail to Mitzis. Nice and steep.
Hills is better for the leg cause I don't have to stride so far. It was definitely better up hill then the flats.
Hills
3'24, 3'18, 3'09 recov about 3min.

Nice to get out there after 2 days of nothing. The rest hasn't made much difference to the leg tho
