20x1min 30sec jog recov on Black Mt. Was slow and sluggish at the beginning but did get moving a little better towards the end. 30secs is not much by the end. Not a great session but happy to get through it.

Mona Fartlek, always a good way to spend a lunch time. Leg is feeling better then last week, still bit to go tho. 6 runs in a row! Don't think I've done more then 4 or 5 in a row since pre surgery May.

Cruise around the skezba with Seb. Birds were obviously having a bad morning, 3 close head ons. My Cafe in Manuka didn't cut the mustard!

Was going to head down to orienteering until half way down Adelaide ave the rain hit... looked up and Mt taylor was a cloud of mist. Turned around and headed back to a dry north side.

2x 10min
Almost a brick session off the bike. Wanted to avoid another easy 30min run. Felt terrible early but great towards the end with some spring in the legs.

Went up to AIS track to do some ints with the boys but knew my leg wasn't up to it. So went for a easy jog around Brucie. Frustrated I haven't done enough to get it fully better.

Up to O'Connor Ridge with 5x run throughs. Leg has been feeling good but not quite going away. Really doesn't like sitting at a desk all day, especially on a Monday!
