6x 5min 2 min recov Whale Rock map near Epping (Sydney)
Absolutely poured down rain the whole run, can't remember the last time I got so wet running. Still it was awesome area with some cool tracks. It was rocky, muddy all on some tiny single trail... Canberra got it pretty soft compared to Sydney.
Was going to do 5 but the last one was on single trail and I was having too much fun ducking and weaving so did another.

Well didn't make it to the Pete this morning.... few too many glasses of red and a late trip into civic last night gave away that plan.
Got in an easy arvo run up to oconnor Ridge to test out how the leg was going. Felt really good, no problem at all, so hopefully thats the end of that. Need to do more strength on the calf so it doesn't happen again

Lonely ride around the Skezba, and the Pancakes at PMC were pretty average too. Bike was nice tho, altho the shimano chain is noisy, will be a bit smoother once I get a campy one back on her.

Was feeling bit tired on the ride but ok, an hour or two at work and I was feeling pretty terrible tho. Feverish and very tired... Headed home early form work to get in a couple of hrs sleep in the arvo
Perhaps its the Coffee detox I'm on this week... knew their was a reason it was a bad idea.
Now sick and injured... its been a looonnngggg year

Cruised past Sheppas then up Belco way- across to Macquarie and home. First test run, Mr Tommasini really knows something Mr Merida doesn't! New frame felt light, responsive and comfy. Real nice fit as well.

About to head to Gym but went for Jade at home. Feel like I get more out of it anyways
Decided to have a descent break from running now to rest the leg. One of those injuries that never feels that bad so you keep trying but then it just never gets better.

Over to ainslie/Majura but no hill. Leg was feeling great after 15 but not so good after 30min. Decided to turn around and it was getting worse so ended up a slow shuffle home.
