Orienteering 36:30 [4]

Junior camp, middle distance course at Belangalo. Was orienteering better then last weekend, with focus on compass and looking ahead. Altho I did MP wrong control and few other mistakes. Was lacking the spark in the legs too.
Its such an awesome area, physical, low visibility and technical. Good training

Orienteering 1:10:00 [1]

Putting out controls for the Juniors, Hope they are all in the right spot for tomoz long race :os all those cliffs aren't so easy at 1:15000

Orienteering race (Day 5) 45:00 [5]

Sloppy early, lost a bit going wide on 3 Ben caught me, ran together sloppy through a couple more, Ben went wide, so got away Simo came through and latched on Better end to 5 days at least.. 15min warm/down

Overall a bad 5 days of orienteering. But its ok because its December and I see some positives and many things I can work on. It is also a better start to last year because I haven't finished the 5 days with a stress fracture:o)

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]
