Caught up with Morty at the Pipe bridge for a run along the trails and back via Johnston st. Struggled to get out of Bed but ended up being the perfect morning for a run.

Running 40:00 [3]

Few run throughs then 8x 400m at Melb Uni Track on 2.5min rotation.
Analogue watch (polar is out of battery) told me I was doing around 80sec reps, maybe a few 78 and one 82.
Quads have recovered and although half asleep, it felt good to be on the track.

Running 55:00 [3]

East loop, canning st across nth fitzroy, to merri ck and back via collingwood.
Run of agony, quads so tender, each landing hurt and i walked a few times for relief. I hope it goes away quick because I can hardly stride.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [3]

Oceania middle, down bottom somewhere
I think someone went to my quads with a meat tenderizer after yesterdays effort. Course was too tricky for me but did start well to catch prong.. Lots of little errors then caught Ben. Big big mistake together, I was working hard to keep pace mainly because my legs were useless. Decided I didnt trust family and lost sight of prong so I made a big solo error, then followed it up with an extra big one. frustrating to be so riddled with error but lacking the intensity of mind to get any good results.
