3x 1 km 5 min rotation. 3'30-3'35, felt terrible after 6hr sleep so didnt do the 5. Semi spat the dummy. Also I need to 1. lower my expectations & 2. Especially lower my expectations when half asleep or do less early morn sessions.
Not a run of highlights except for my new pink and black runners.
