Maker or breaker... Don't think it did either in the end. Although my back does feel better after lots of quad stretching. My back is probably more a tilted pelvis issue from tight legs.
Very slow and ginger run but at least I was outside during a nice morning.

Note

Oh no! Woke up with a crook lower back. Feels like it could turn really nasty any second. Managed through the day with no sudden movements and it not getting worse. rather grumpy though.

Zoo loop, 1,2,3,2,3,2,1 1min jog. Solid pace so was 5min quicker then normal on zoo loop

Beach road - black rock. Recovery from last nights punch infused cottage party and 4am bed time. Took it easy and my fuzzy head was enough so no need for company or tunes.
