I was getting pretty used to the no training thing. Its pretty good to have extra time in the day and more concentration. Anyway back on the wagon.

3sets of 400 on, 400float, 200 on, 200 float, 200 on, 200 float.
Floats were pretty solid. I wish I knew the time for the whole thing.
Definitely not 100% health, but better then ive been. Sinus and chest feel bit blocked.
Leg is fine, bandages are off and stitches exposed. Pretty tidy job by the doc.
