I was nearly choking on my own spray of the ignorant Australian media, with their expectations on Aussie athletes and lack of acknowledgement/respect for great performances by other competitors.

I calmed and it was a nice run.

Pretty happy with session, holding it together as the recoveries get short hurts.

Pound the pavement run. Along city trail between aami stadium and vic st. Back via nike store for sweet $15 Nike matumbo. No reason to avoid the track next summer
