Tony (coach) is back in town and I made the mistake of telling him about my dodgy hamstring. Therefore I was vanished after only 5 while the others did 10+.
In reality my hamstring/glute/siatica issue is not great at the moment, even with the voltarin. So it was probably fair. I've not been 100% since the Marathon in October.
Generally it's been on the improve but Im still struggling to do much speed work. Lots more stretching

Epic with Claire and Matt. And Dion until kinglake.
Beautiful morn and some stunning forest set the scene. Through eltham, kinglake, healsville, yarra glen and back via eltham. Felt pretty good the whole way.
