Warby Ranges
Ease into it excercise. 3 loops of approx. 1.5k.
Orienteering felt weird. 1. I was being a nancy about snakes 2. I couldn't run in the forest without going slow and being careful on every foot step 3. I had to stop to read the map all the time. Not much conviction on the navigation or terrain running but it was a confidence builder and fun.

Warby ranges
Control picking/direction excercise. 5x 4 controls with little break. My aim was to make sure I exited each control the right direction with an exit feature. Manged to navigate ok without much intensity. I did feel a little more comfortable in the forest now but by the end I was hot and getting tired from all the hills, rocks and sticks on the ground.
O Intervals - All nations park
Great fun to have a map in my hand and good courses by Clare/Ron. Start of an Orienteering fest!
All the stopping and starting = a slightly tired and grumpy hammy.

Felt like a different session to last weeks 600s with the extra break.
Felt really sluggish before the start but pushed through.
