Cracking training.
First 17'50min 1.9k
It was super hot but I was pretty pumped so went for it. Hitting controls well then a few mistakes crept in. Fun stuff, felt cooked by the end.
Second. 18'10min 2.9k
Still feeling cooked I took it a bit easier. improved the navigation on the whole. Just lost a bit of concentration and direction on one control.

Good pace this morning, I was fading towards the end.
Best thing about going fast... There is time for our - Single origin organic air dried slow filter roasted high pour 5min 22sec extracted coffee @ Everyday coffee.

5 or so x mass start 3min courses.
Hobbled to the session with a sore hamstring. Ran through a fair bit of discomfort early and it came good.
It seemed like a miracle (or 100mg of Voltaren).
Tough session. I was struggling. pretty pissed off with times.. but perhaps I'm not 100% healthy or I am just that slow. On the upside the hammy was in better form after a few days off
