Cruise around most of the capital city trail. Nice to be away from the traffic lights.. not so nice to be sharing a path with half of south yarra joggers

2x 7min 3min float. Almost everyone else was doing a 5k so it was a long and lonely rep. I tweaked my left calf after the second so didn't manage a third. Should be ok with some light stretching and nursing

Yarra trail run with 4x pipe bridge hills and 2 x wilsmere hills

After 2 weeks of poor form and sluggish running it felt great to pump this out at a good pace.
