Hopefully this is the start of running again. I've had 3 months off (since Easter) with left hamstring tendonopathy and sciatica issues. Prior to that 7 months of running in pain including Easter. Some cycling to keep fit in the meantime.
Todays run up rathdowne and back along canning
Hamstring felt ok but bit sensitive. Mostly, I felt sick with a cold and felt pretty fatigued.
