Short but hard ride to sth Brighton return on beach road. Mayhem! I feel sorry for cars with so many amateur cyclests who are plain dangerous. Really need to get out pre 7 and home by 9 to avoid this. Or only ride on a wet day. Today saw some cracking sunshine

As last week this was a big test for my legs and fitness. Felt much more natural then last week, although hamstrings really pulled up tight

Tried to make it to the Maribyrnong via Kensington but just out of reach.
Nice to venture somewhere new from the city pad.

Legs were feeling pretty tired and tight by the end so had a good stretch.

Fun ride with Claire and Ezy. 2x laps of boulivard including 2x half laps of rabbit v. Fox in which I gave Claire 90secs and then tt'd it and chased her down. 1 all.
Think last weeks cold is on it's final legs.
