Terrible lunch time run, I couldn't do the best spring weather justice by appreciating it.

4x parkville hill reps in 2'10. Not too far off walking pace, rock bottom empty tank.

Somehow I still enjoyed this.

Cruising jog around Clifton hill with MFR boys. Some core excercises to finish

5x terrain ints at the pipe bridge.
This was around 4'45-5min each with 90sec recov and 2min to start on the single trail.

It felt great to run in terrain again, and a little confidence booster pre next weekend. Also checking out Kooyoora map in the rest.
