Jec spectator relay. Good fun but feeling the speed quite a lot to start with, then screwed up a few and pace dropped bit n some bams caught mee. Had good enough speed to stay with the others just cocked nav ehhh

Jog to start but no drills. Very tired from intervals yesterday.

Jec spectator race. Not in the zone at all for the start, losing a minute on the second control because just panicked. Good speed but slightly screwed long leg not having a good plan. Fine for rest but cocked up 20 by a minute because went past the bush. Good funn lak

22x slow fast 200s. Where maybe going to do 24, slightly annoyed didnt do it but no one else was, could have held the pace for more.
Times 7x31s, rest 30s - started off at 31s then picked it up a bit. Had a strong wind behind us so thought would be slightly quicker but still happy with the session. So mentally tough 22 reps errrr. Heels feeling sore on the warm down, should have changed out of my racers doing too much distance in them.

Distances: 1615m, 1290,1000,690,370.
Tough session, so windy on the back straight and had to take every rep at the front with was hard. Feeling a little tired from the weekend but more sleepy than in the legs. Distances are meh, good considering the strong wind. Slight cold which have had for a while but not bothering me much.

Started in the mini mass start at Jircs relay. Screwed up 2 slightly and 3 badly being a tool. After that okay going quite quick and enjoying it a lot morebthen yesterday, still could have been going a lot quicker. Slightly embarresing miss off the last control aha but apart from that okay
