First east district at Stirling uni. Very happy, wasnt sure how i'd do after minimal sleep last two nights but was fine. Dropped Adam Scott and George after the first hill then cruise away. Feeling it slightly with about 2km to go but then eased off a lot towards the end anyway because had such a large gap. 40+s ahead of second place without pushing at the end, very pleased.
About the same time as last year but wet/slippery so still an improvement.

Slow fast 200s with usual 2min loop.
Times: 32,32,32,31,30,30,31,31,30,30.
Slower than usual but feeling tired from squash. Also have east districts so easier session than usual. Slight cold coming on v tired.

Nice jog just making sure my leg is fine. Missed track yesterday because of it. Felt okay though, slightly noticable. Nice run in the dark without a head torch around braids... feeling strong on the uphills but had to almost walk the downhills because couldnt see.

JHI relays. Great fun but not hard navigation just pacing it around... saying that still made 2 stupid mistakes which cost me. Was getting a slight gap on Bigby and Felly (4th & 5th) before I cut into a green section thinking it was runnable forest.... lost about 45s by which time Aidan had gone and I could just see Felly. Caught Matt up again but then went to 14 before 13 losing another 30s or so. Slight miss in the last loop and falling over meant Felly got away from me :(( annoying but pleased with my speed!

Think I've strained something in my leg when I fell over will see how it is.
