Bit minging absolutely gurning by the end, chest feeling tight and breathing bit messy last 4 reps. Got it done though, more of a mental grind - might try a 3k Tuesday.

Messy hills up usual bit on seat.

10 x 330m tempo flatish going into 150m flat out up the hill. Then jog back rec and whole loop in 3 minutes.

Absolute dieing in lactic by the end but good stuff. Doing the "tempo" (very easy tempo!) in 65-62s and the fast in 29-32s.

Bit of leg machines etc, been doing some other s&C at home but actually went to the gym so gonna log.

Easy with James after the gym. Just up blackford to bottom of braids but didn't go over as he was tight for time.

Tuesday Aug 22 #

Jog down as no Joe to drive.

Standard tempo around killing fields. Felt like I was working bit harder than usual, maybe because was running alone or I started at a different place which meant only had the downhill twice.

Fun times at the track. Eric said 48-50 for the 3's and 78-80s on the 5's... didn't realise that meant should be going through 300 quicker on the 5's hence the slow first one. Feeling meh, bit clogged up though.
