Chasing around throwing eggs at people and putting a control out. Last Scotjos :(((((

Started at Bonaly then up into the Pentlands getting some hills, down into hill end (wee pit stop for James there) then home via bottom of Braids n over blackford. So nice up Pentlands gonna try get up more :))

Meadows with Finlay, James, Tom and Jake... they wanted bit of a tempo so turned it up a bit, felt pretty chill. 3:17 k chucked in there.

Nice one with James Blackford then mortonhall loop. Feel bit rubbish at start but better by end - although bit stiff from yday.

Reasonably happy with this, never felt like was dieing and obviously had bit left in the tank with quick last one. Me and Joe taking turns leading it out was g, bit slippy n getting loads of splash was bit grim.

Nice easy one with Eddie out on the moor. Made slightly less pleasant by the need for a shit the whole way... bit of terrain chucked in there too when we lost the path.

Trafford 3k,

Buzzing with time, finally an okay track time. Took first k very easy then just sat onto the guy infront of me, going through 2k realised was bit off time but feeling good so put the foot down with 900m to go and only really felt it last 400. Nice way to run a 3k :)) Also wore flats over spikes.. think they are better lol
