Dalkeith country park with the boys, keeping it very chill but still feeling tired and hungary, better towards the end though.

Long one with Willy, Jack n James in the Pentlands. Longest ever run timewise with loads of climb and terrain pretty brutal. Good laugh though eh n a fat fry up to refuel.

20 x slow fast 200s. 2 min loop for whole 400.

Feeling tight to start off with but good once got going. Big group and very wet track meant bend was a bit deadly.

Feeling better than usual... probs due to slightly easier couple of days.

Faster sesh, good laugh but feeling bit tired from the tempo. 28s n 29s.

Beer mile lols beer was to fizzy and a big bottle couldn't hack it, running was awright though haha
