Home internationals hill running. First by a minute easy moneyyy. Also 3 minutes quicker than the trails so big improvement even in worse conditions - irocks a lot better than old inovs!! Struggling bit on the big hills but think everyone was and only walked a tiny section on the second time going up the big wan. Maybe should do some more hill running...

6 x 400s with 200m walk rec. just getting the legs going a bit - 67,66,66,65,67,65. Also some strides to finish off.

10 x 300m hills at track (3:30 loop).

Me n Joe both feeling bit rough to start off with but better as session got on leading to bit of a progression.
Times: 49,49,48,47,47,46,45,45,44,44

Decent session and not feeling to bad at the end- first ones should have been quicker.
