Easy run exploring (and getting v lost) around outwoods. Legs just so tight all over, loads of stretching and rolling Friday so they are okay for Birmingham league on Sat.

Loops around campus with group then me and Jamie peeled off for 6k on roads instead of circuits. Nice and legs not feeling tired just super tight - think not used to shorter reps from yday.

20 x slow fast 200s.
Got Harry, Jamie and Terry to do a Classico sesh with me. Very wet so bit slippy - not feeling to sharp on these shorter reps either. 800m group joined us after 8 reps which made things bit more exciting. Swear track feels different... everything felt longer... just ticking off 30s for most reps.

Slow easy with Harry. Started bit late so was dark so v slow as one headtorch between us and headed up to outwoods. Legs bit tired. Not doing wieghts or circuits this week to see if legs feel better.

Naughty B+B with todge and ed so niceeee legs feeling good aswell. Cheeky k segment to return dropped keys that turned out not to be the persons I chased after...! Need new pair of lunartempos.

Pretty awful 3 k time trail round meadows. 9 tight corners meant bit slow but also pacing wrong aaaand to early in the morning.

Run 43:42 [3] 9.85 km (4:26 / km)

Nice and chill meadows with Alex, legs feeling frustratingly good compared to in the morning. 3 strides at the end.
