Some super scrappy o. Couldn’t hold a bearing and was just bit poor overall, need more practice!

Cutting round Ilkley mood. Pretty brutal first half super strong winds could barely run plus super muddy “path” meaning was moving v slow but once wind was behind me was well fun.
Legs were feeling better than expected until I hit the hill lol.

Round rugby pitches cause r shin feeling lil bit jiggly, disappeared as soon as got on grass.

Shorter tempo today as was so sore everywhere. Think mainly because not done circuits in so long takes bit of time to get use to them again, also feeling the last week a lot. Took it a bit quicker so would have probably been fine doing the longer tempo at normal speed but Ahwell.

Outwoods in the mud and dark. Bit too muddy but legs not liking the tarmac so made sure was off road today.

Feeling tired before i’d even started, think the big week for me last week was still in the legs. Times slower than when I did it last time but everyone was going slower because of a headwind.

Run 46:43 [3] 10.75 km (4:21 / km)

Late one with ma tunes. Ended up laps of the rugby pitches which didn’t mind, wanted to mainly stay off road.
