Run 45:40 [3] 8.43 km (5:25 / km) +318m 4:33 / km

Stayed off road but basically like running on an ice rink... did a bit of terrain as it was easier than the paths.

Saturday Feb 10 #

Run 1:06:59 [3] 13.86 km (4:50 / km) +326m 4:19 / km

In Lakes, wanted to stay off road but too slippy as in flats so bit rubbish. Decked it a few times.

Friday Feb 9 #

Run 35:16 [3] 7.37 km (4:47 / km)

Wee loop of outwoods. Unbelievable DOMs from session yesterday plus blister on my toe meant not feeling good. Just feeling niggly all over and tired, shins bit iffy.

Thursday Feb 8 #

Run warm up/down 23:13 [3] 5.11 km (4:33 / km)

intervals 23:20 [3] 5.71 km (4:05 / km)

Copying Kris’ sesh as didn’t want to do road tempo so decide go for bit of track.
2k (2mins), 8 x 400s (~55).
With Joe and Dan so taking turns leading it out which was good. Not done any track work and was struggling with the faster 4’s, 2 k felt v comfortable though. Lil bit windy, shins unnoticeable I think... will find out tomorrow morning.
