Run 42:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:00 / km)
It's been a while since my standard way of spending an orienteering-free Sunday morning - the orienteering comeback is hopefully happening next Saturday in Bendigo - was to head out for two hours and something, but it was still good to be able to get out on a Sunday morning for something that could respectably be called a session. A bit of a struggle as various muscles which have unemployed for a month let it be known that they didn't necessarily appreciate the return (tries to think about how he could work a robodebt reference in here; fails), but nice to get this one under my belt, and even got under 6s (just). No issues with the foot.
Surprised how quiet it was (even for 9am on a Sunday) - didn't have to stop for traffic once. Perhaps everyone was scared off by the weather - it snowed down to 400m around Melbourne, locally lower - but it was dry while I was running.
