Woke up this morning with very sore calves.... Ran warmup and active however as this got faster the pain did not subside and I could feel my body trying to compensate. So made the conscious decision to not race today. Really shitty feeling, especially since the race was fast I wanted to be out there for myself and for the team... Will focus so that I am perfectly ready for Boston
