Today was one of the toughest workouts that I have done mentally in quite awhile. Tempo loop was really good, really pushing to make sure I smashed myself and to destroy the record. Definitely accomplished those goals. Came inside and the 300s were very tough to run confiden but I just broke it down and it helped me to run confident and smooth.... 200s I was a little dissapointed that that was all I had for fast flowy fun.
