Today was very very disappointing, there should be no excuse for how I ran. The splits were good and then all of the sudden they weren't and everything went out the window. I was not in race mode. Panicking thoughts raced and stress took over. Everything just seemed like I was getting progressively faster until the last 800 where I just felt exhausted and run down.
