Today was good fun running with the guys up on Belrose! The workout went well, and I was happy to see Dylan running with Colin and I off the start of the workout. From the third set Colin and I separated and continuously pushed the pace. Didn't feel that I really had more gears and Colin was dictating the pace while I was merely taking the minutes.... Anyway was still responding to the Boy! Solid rest of the run back!

Today was much more difficult and hotter than last week. It was disgusting how much sweat was on me. Need to learn to judge myself less and listen to the body while doing this. Overall fun time with Dylan!
