Today was definitely a weird one, went out hard with Zimmers suffered in the middle and was able to come back for the end. Wish I had not gone as hard off the start but was still happy with the end.

Was again sore this morning in the calves, run was still good though. Ran with Kev, Ty and Gav solid pace and discovered some new cool trails. Overall pretty sweet long run!
