Today was a nice run with all the guys before SOS officially begins. Run got faster as it progressed. Just a solid pace and had some fun with the guys. Ab routine with Joe was tough!

Nice little run in the morning off Mapleward to the dirt roads. Again feeling a little sore off the start.

Was supposed to only go for 75, but not going to complain about the extra mileage. Felt good for the majority of the run, no Achilles pain. Ran through to the cascades.

Again feeling sore off the start off the run but it got better as the run progressed. Definitely need to stretch and roll more. Achilles got sore as the run came to a close.
