Small group today but we still got the work done! I could tell it had been awhile since I had swam... The workout went really well though... Strides felt gooey

Today was not very good... Again really hot today but the second set was awful. Lost Zimak after a couple of mins.... Ran with him the whole last set and was even leading at some points.

Today was the hottest I think I have ever ran in. Good run with the guys . Need to remember to be getting on to my toes for the HOH drills getting the ankles higher. Push and plank routine was tough + interesting!

Today was a nice run with all the guys before SOS officially begins. Run got faster as it progressed. Just a solid pace and had some fun with the guys. Ab routine with Joe was tough!
