Today was the best time trial that I have ever run. Still not amazing but good. Was very focused on the race on running however I know I could have done a little better of a job at just running well right now and forgetting everything else. But at all points of the race I was focused on running. First lap was good took it out speedy but not to quick and I thought I did a pretty good job of ropeing Zimak back in. Honestly just needed to sprint for just extra metres and I would have had him.
