Decided to look up some some sprinting workout in the pool, and I found one that some olypian does so I figured I should be able to do at least half of the workout. Definitely got the hr up today!

Decided to go buy some goggles and get in the pool today. Jumped in the pool and decided that I was going to do something I definitely didn't want or think I could do. Went for 30 mins of front crawl no rest and 6 mins of flutter kick. It was very good for the mindfulness practice. Found myself almost panicking out in the water but I would refocus and bring myself to calm effortless swimming. Flutter kick destroyed my hip flexors! Good strength and some weights afterwards.
