Good today, felt a little in the ankle for the first five minutes. But didn't even feel it after that. Really good effort today. Fastest monday in awhile. Was really focusing on the arm drive when I felt myself fading. Really happy to run with Louis today and we got after it in the cooldown! Perfect monday execution!

Good run today, small amount of pain in left ankle. Jeffrey took it out hard today so it started out fast and continually got faster. Need more holes in the new masks, felt like I was suffocating!

Good mindset for the race today! Reminded myself this is the reward for the past couple of weeks! Could feel the ankle after the first couple of laps. First km was just easy running 2:58. Once I took the lead I tried to increase the effort with each lap. Crossed 2km in 5:56. Obviously loads more in the tank but a great place to start the season.

Woke up this morning and the insides of left calf were bothering me for pre-act but it dissapeared during the run. Just like earlier in the season will watch and ice accordingly. Other than that good thursday.

Decided to go with Cross training today, started with a 45 min bike tried running for 5 minutes after and it was unbearably pain in the ankles and Achilles. Shut it down. Ellipticalled again later, it wasn't awful. Did 3 hours of 10 and 10 heat and ice tonight. Stretched and got in there with a racket ball.
