Was really dissapointed about today. The first 1500 I was fine with however the second one I fell into a spiralling pity party that yielded no fruit. Started thinking about how crappy I was feeling. So of course I was not thinking about running and as a result I did not run well...

Today was one of the toughest workouts that I have done mentally in quite awhile. Tempo loop was really good, really pushing to make sure I smashed myself and to destroy the record. Definitely accomplished those goals. Came inside and the 300s were very tough to run confiden but I just broke it down and it helped me to run confident and smooth.... 200s I was a little dissapointed that that was all I had for fast flowy fun.

Today was not great... Swim was awesome but throughout the whol thing I just felt very tired! Drills were good. Workout itself felt like I was moving fast but my breath never got wildly out of control but I still felt like I was dead tired during the deep water run. Hip hurt from the strides (I think it's from falling last week....)

Today was really good. Got in there deep early off of the 5 and four minuters and really was fighting to just to run smooth because everything would get a little easier after those intervals. Didn't really bounce back into it untill about the second 2 minuter where I really got the locomotion churning. Got all the guys to cooldown to an hour and increase the effort to still get some work in on the cooldown. Ankle was reallly good today....

Definitely got done what needed to be done today. Was feeling pretty sore after the race and from the plane ride home today. Ended up going for longer because I was just going out for what I felt and turned around late. Overall good long run and got some good work in on the way back! Definitely feelin sore but a lot less than I was leaving the airport.
