Run went by quick;y with Zimmers since Jeff tagged along with us for longer than normal. Drills have been up to par lately so I am quite happy about that. Good strength with Haillee. Really challenged myself with the RFE and stuck to a higher weight!

Today had it's ups and downs... Ran a really good tempo off the start but the brazillians themselves felt sluggish and it felt as though my glute was not activating. The second tempo, boy was I struggling. When "it" came just focused on getting past the next-checkpoint to break it up.

Really good today, really focused on decreasing that perceived effort. Was really focusing on the telephone poles for that first tempo. 5k effort was really good with quick transitions and that last 5 mins of tempo was really tough. Weights were much better this week....

How I felt:
Darkness, to light, the journey. Definitely took some turns towards the darkside but refocused and went back to the light. First tempo was only ok got to the right effort, but dissapointed that Zimak took the W

Things I did well: Heard Zimak coming and destroyed the last sets!
