Still feeling exhausted today. Which translated into the workout itself, not getting on the stuff that I need to do to get better and practice racing. The 12,12,12 took awhile to get going. 3 loops were better but still not great. Need to focus on posture and enjoying the struggle earlier....

Back to basics this morning, well needed I think. I took last night's performance pretty hard mentally, but I can either sulk around or do something about it. Made a couple of appointments with Blake. Cross training was very enjoyable with the team!

Today was very very disappointing, there should be no excuse for how I ran. The splits were good and then all of the sudden they weren't and everything went out the window. I was not in race mode. Panicking thoughts raced and stress took over. Everything just seemed like I was getting progressively faster until the last 800 where I just felt exhausted and run down.

Found myself fighting myself quite a bit in the pool today. I became aware and revevaluated and was able to resist and turn the tide. Got in a great groove towards the end.

Today was a tough one. Going out especially was tough and I was really tired. Heading back made everything alot better. I got taller and the arm drive was a lot happier. Really solid last 40 minutes of the run

Today was pretty good, best my lower leg has felt in a while... Fun run with the boys. FIJG'd early and embraced the wet feet. Run got a lot more enjoyable after that. Finished the run pretty quick. (
