Today was really good and was purposeful with what I was doing today. The last 10 of the progression was good and wanted to keep getting faster with every lap and was right between a monday and wednesday to go right into active. The workout itself I knew was going to be tough, we hit the splits for the first set and we started to double down to get in that effort by the last one. The last interval was really good I was first in line and we had 3 secs before we could go to catch Isaac, Will passed me like a bat outta hell with both of us passing by the first 50. Got in deep and pushed to really compete with Will and zoomed past will on the second final straight. Still was pushing off the final turn and was coming across the line when Will zoomed right by me silently! This was definitely the hardest I have worked on a saturday in a long time and the guys really helped to get me there!
