Today was really good. I'm happy anyday that I can be running well and running times like those. Thought we would be slow so picked it up off the first k and the 300 was good and floaty just like Saturday. 10 mins of X's were surprisingly difficult, and the last k by myself was daunting but throughout I embraced the struggle and increased the effort. Last 300 was tough just to make it over to that side of the track but finished and pushed to the end....

Today was really good and I dived into the massive action required. Swim was good and worked hard and the drills were of the highest quality. The workout itself went really well too as I found myself pushing and still finding more oomph to get me to the end.

Today was really good, I'm feeling a little sore still from the weekend which is expected so I know I've been working hard! Anyway the workout went well progressed into and really crushed it the middle. Got in deep by the third set and was having a conversation with myself about growth over comfort on the last 2 mins and min intervals of the last set! Weights after were good, pushed myself and just kept pushing on the push ups!

I definitely could feel the hard work I had done yesterday in the run today. Heading out it felt like I was working way harder than what I was moving but after 30 mins it got a lot better. We got into a bit of a groove heading back. Good chats with some good friends. It was a good thing Louis wasn't there very long!

Today was really good and was purposeful with what I was doing today. The last 10 of the progression was good and wanted to keep getting faster with every lap and was right between a monday and wednesday to go right into active. The workout itself I knew was going to be tough, we hit the splits for the first set and we started to double down to get in that effort by the last one. The last interval was really good I was first in line and we had 3 secs before we could go to catch Isaac, Will passed me like a bat outta hell with both of us passing by the first 50. Got in deep and pushed to really compete with Will and zoomed past will on the second final straight. Still was pushing off the final turn and was coming across the line when Will zoomed right by me silently! This was definitely the hardest I have worked on a saturday in a long time and the guys really helped to get me there!

My achilles was pretty tight in the afternoon yesterday, and woke up with it feeling stiff. The heel drops got it feeling a bit better but I was still unable to do strides pain free today.... Other than got lots of work done in the arms. Just need to keep pushing and not come down, we still get lots of work done when we are just hanging on to the bar.
