Today was really good, practiced competing and got better today. The 1500 was daunting at first but once I got into it, I was rolling and feeling really good. Kept pushing and kept the lead from Colin after he took it. The k was the toughest mentally had the doubts and still fought and pushed/refocused to the arms and got her going again. The 500 was tough and I was super happy with the effort by the end.

Achilles was the sorest it's been in awhile. Rolled lots to get out the kinks. Solid work on the weights and hit a new pb in the chin ups.

Today was one of the toughest workouts in awhile. Was in deep off the first 2 600s and was thankful to have Colin for the next three. Last two I was working as hard as I could just to hit the splits and had the old weeze going. Happy that today was so tough.

Today was pretty good in the pool today. Visualized the race lots today and I'm excited for OUA's next week. Achilles was pretty sore this more, but things got better as we progressed through.

Quality long run trying to keep up with Kip through the streets of Boston. Woke up pretty sore this morning, but things got better as the run progressed. As I'm sitting in the airport the legs are pretty tight and I will need to roll them lots once I get home.
