THINGS LEARNED THIS SEASON

1) We have finally figured out what helps my achilles. After many years we have finally found the source of the problem. We now just need to spend more time treating the issue to try and get it to go away to be proactive rather than reactive

2) Focusing on the result never has helped me to race well. Those results come as I get closer to my best on the day. So let's just aim for that.

3) To get to my best we need to be taking the approach of fighting the dragon. By breaking things into more manageable pieces, provides a concrete path to success. Being in the moment and making tiny commitments throughout helps us get to the place where we want to be by the end.

4) Racing requires competition we can no longer avoid this fact!
