Today was really good for me and the guys. We all got the opportunity to lead, compete and work together. Started off similar to last week and got to push off of Colin and work into off the hill. T-pain came out of nowhere to surge past us which got me to work much harder in the back half. Took me two tries to pass him. Happy with the process today

Today was lots of fun and good to go over the fundamentals. Achilles felt pretty good today for the stuff after. For the drills, just need to really concentrate on what I'm doing. Flex those toes up and over the knees using the hip flexors. Strides felt really weird, but that is to be expected! Med-Ball need to remind myself to stay up with my chest and not fold into the legs!

Today was good fun running with the guys up on Belrose! The workout went well, and I was happy to see Dylan running with Colin and I off the start of the workout. From the third set Colin and I separated and continuously pushed the pace. Didn't feel that I really had more gears and Colin was dictating the pace while I was merely taking the minutes.... Anyway was still responding to the Boy! Solid rest of the run back!

Today was much more difficult and hotter than last week. It was disgusting how much sweat was on me. Need to learn to judge myself less and listen to the body while doing this. Overall fun time with Dylan!

Today was not as good as last week in the pool. Lost focus at the start of the workout and was able to bring it back once the classic began. Achilles felt sore going into today despite the extra care I put in last night. Interestingly, it felt very good for the strides.

Good to see everyone this morning ready to put in the work. The trails were not great and finished up on the road going through CR and up the cascades road. Felt pretty sore afterwards and rolled lots accordingly.
